Purpose

The Provider, responsible for this website, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set forth in Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website regarding the terms and conditions of use.
Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provision.
The Provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without the obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such changes, with publication on the website being considered sufficient.

Liability

The Provider disclaims any responsibility for the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to the Provider.
The Provider’s website may use cookies (small data files sent by the server to the user’s computer) to carry out certain functions considered essential for the correct operation and display of the website. The cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary and solely intended to make transmission more efficient, disappearing at the end of the user’s session. Under no circumstances will cookies be used to collect personal information. (See Cookie Policy)
From the client’s website, users may be redirected to content on third-party websites. As the Provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, the Provider assumes no responsibility for such content. In any case, the Provider states that it will proceed to the immediate removal of any content that may violate national or international legislation, morality, or public order, and will immediately
remove any redirection to said website, notifying the competent authorities of the content in question.
The Provider is not responsible for the information and content stored in forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks, or any other means that allow third parties to publish content independently on the Provider’s website. However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the Provider makes itself available to all users, authorities, and law enforcement agencies, actively collaborating in the removal or blocking of any content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order. If a user believes there is any content on the website that may fall under this classification, they are requested to notify the website administrator immediately.
This website has been reviewed and tested to function correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the Provider does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as the designs, logos, text, and/or graphics, are the property of the Provider, or where applicable, the Provider holds the license or express authorization from the authors. All website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property laws and registered in the appropriate public registries.
Regardless of the intended purpose, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and marketing requires the prior written authorization of the Provider. Any unauthorized use by the Provider will be considered a serious infringement of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.
Designs, logos, text, and/or graphics not belonging to the Provider and which may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any possible dispute that may arise regarding them. In all cases, the Provider has obtained the express and prior authorization from them.
The Provider expressly DOES NOT AUTHORIZE third parties to redirect directly to specific content on the website; they must always redirect to the main website of the Provider.
The Provider recognizes the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights in favor of their respective owners. Their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply any rights or responsibility of the Provider regarding them, nor endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the Provider.
To make any observations regarding possible breaches of intellectual or industrial property rights, or about any content on the website, you may do so via the email address listed at the beginning of this document.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided by the user must be truthful. For these purposes, the user guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated through the forms used to subscribe to the Services. It is the user’s responsibility to keep all information provided to the Company updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to their real situation. In any case, the user will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to the Provider or third parties.

Minors

To use the services, minors must always obtain the prior consent of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all acts performed by the minors in their care. The responsibility for determining the specific content that minors access lies with those individuals. Therefore, mechanisms must be established on their devices — such as computer programs, filters, and blocking tools — that allow limiting the available content. Although not infallible, these tools are particularly useful for monitoring and restricting the materials minors can access.

Obligation to Use the Website Correctly

The user agrees to use the website in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, morality, and good customs. To this end, the user shall refrain from using the website for unlawful or prohibited purposes, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable, overload, deteriorate, or prevent the normal use of the Provider’s computer systems, documents, files, and any content stored on any of the Provider’s computers.
Specifically, and without limitation, the user agrees not to transmit, disseminate, or make available to third parties information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, recordings, software, or any kind of material that:
(a) is contrary to, undermines, or infringes upon the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized constitutionally, in international treaties, and other applicable regulations;
(b) induces, incites, or promotes criminal, denigrating, defamatory, violent actions or, in general, actions contrary to law, morality, and public order;
(c) induces, incites, or promotes discriminatory actions, attitudes, or thoughts based on gender, race, religion, beliefs, age, or condition;
(d) is contrary to the right to honor, personal or family privacy, or the image of individuals;
(e) in any way harms the credibility of the Provider or third parties; and (f) constitutes unlawful, misleading, or unfair advertising.

For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out therein, Spanish legislation shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit. The Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain) shall be competent for the resolution of all disputes arising or related to its use.
